Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back into their original Mario Capasa protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
