Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days. For oversized items like sofas and dining tables, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Mario Capasa products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I request fabric or leather swatches?
Absolutely. We want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order a swatch kit directly from our website to see and feel our materials in your own lighting before purchasing.
Do you offer assembly services?
Many of our items are designed for easy assembly. However, for larger pieces, we offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes professional assembly and packaging removal.
